Dallas, TX (July 28, 2025) – A harrowing early morning crash in the Oak Cliff area left one person dead and another critically injured after a car slammed into multiple homes on Woodwick Drive.
According to the Dallas Police Department, the crash occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. on July 27 in the 6800 block of Woodwick Drive. A car, for reasons still under investigation, veered off the road and collided with at least two residences in the neighborhood.
Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel responded swiftly. One occupant was pronounced dead at the scene, and a second victim was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
