Our thoughts are with everyone injured in this collision, and we wish them a full and speedy recovery.

Car Accidents in Texas

Two Children, Others Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Executive DrCar accidents remain one of the leading causes of serious injuries across Texas. In cities like Plano, heavy traffic, complex intersections, and fast-moving vehicles increase the risk of collisions every day. Even a brief lapse in attention can lead to devastating consequences.

Common causes of car accidents in Texas include:

  • Distracted driving, such as using a phone behind the wheel
  • Following too closely in congested traffic
  • Speeding or unsafe lane changes
  • Running red lights or stop signs
  • Failing to yield at intersections

Victims of severe crashes often face painful injuries such as broken bones, spinal cord damage, internal bleeding, and head trauma. Recovery can take months or even years, leaving families overwhelmed by medical bills, missed work, and emotional strain. The physical and financial toll can be enormous, especially for those caring for injured children.

If you suffered injuries in a car accident in Texas, you may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and property damage. Unfortunately, insurance companies frequently offer quick settlements that fail to cover the full cost of recovery. Before agreeing to any offer, it’s important to speak with an experienced car accident lawyer who can protect your rights and pursue the full compensation you’re entitled to.
