Plano, TX (December 6, 2025) – One person suffered injuries on Friday morning, December 5, after a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Independence Parkway and Legacy Drive in Plano. The collision happened around 11:02 a.m. in front of the Chipotle restaurant.
Plano Fire-Rescue teams responded immediately and found both vehicles heavily damaged. Emergency crews moved the cars into the Chipotle parking lot to prevent congestion on the busy roadway. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene before taking them to a nearby hospital for further care.
Officers examined the scene, interviewed witnesses, and collected evidence to determine how the crash occurred. Crews later cleared the area and reopened the intersection. The Plano Police Department continues to investigate the collision.
