Fort Worth, TX (October 9, 2025) – A violent rollover crash left a baby injured on Tuesday night, October 7, in Fort Worth.
The crash happened around 11:00 p.m. when a speeding vehicle hit a concrete barrier near East Loop 820 and East Berry Street. The force of the collision flipped the car onto its side, scattering debris and trapping the people inside.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and transported three occupants, including a small child, to a nearby hospital. The baby remains in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Police have not shared details about the condition of the two adults.
Investigators say the suspected driver was released from the hospital and taken into custody for intoxication assault. Officers believe impairment contributed to the crash. The investigation remains active, and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
Our hearts are with the child and family during this difficult time, and we wish them a full and swift recovery.
Car Accidents in Texas

Texas reports thousands of serious car crashes every year, many involving reckless driving, speeding, or impairment. High-speed collisions, driver impairment, and rollover crashes like this one often lead to devastating consequences for victims and their families.
Rollover crashes, in particular, are among the most dangerous types of car accidents. Victims frequently suffer catastrophic injuries such as:
- Traumatic Brain Injuries: Head trauma can cause lifelong cognitive or developmental challenges.
- Spinal Cord Damage: Many survivors face paralysis or permanent mobility loss.
- Internal Injuries: Violent rollovers can cause severe internal bleeding and organ damage.
- Fractures: Sudden impact can lead to broken bones.
The aftermath of a crash often brings heavy emotional and financial burdens. Families must manage hospital bills, rehabilitation costs, and long-term care, which can reach into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
If you or your loved one was injured by an intoxicated driver, you have the right to pursue compensation. This can include coverage for medical bills, lost income, future care needs, and pain and suffering. A skilled car accident attorney can investigate the crash, gather evidence, and negotiate with insurance companies.
